Michael T. Fackler is a litigation associate who practices in all areas of business and commercial litigation, with a focus on litigation in federal courts.
Mr. Fackler earned his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in 1994. Before attending law school, Mr. Fackler served as a Peace Corps. Volunteer in Rybnik, Poland. In 2002, Mr. Fackler received his Juris Doctor Degree from University of Florida College of Law with high honors. While at the University of Florida, Mr. Fackler served as an editor for the Florida Law Review, was a member of the Moot Court Team, and was selected as a member of the Order of the Coif. After graduation from law school, Mr. Fackler was a law clerk to the Honorable Harvey E. Schlesinger, United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida, and Mr. Fackler has taught legal research and writing as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Coastal School of Law.
