W. Braxton Gillam, IV is a shareholder concentrating on commercial litigation. His areas of practice include construction and related real property disputes, eminent domain proceedings, landlord tenant law, covenants not to compete and related employment separation disputes and other business-related litigation.

Clients include Brand Energy Solutions, LLC, Northern Outfitters, LLC, Drummond Press, Inc., Intervest Construction, Inc., Intervest Construction of Jax, Inc., McVeigh & Mangum Engineering, Inc., Flagler Development Company, LLC, and PBV Architecture, Inc.

Mr. Gillam received his law degree from Florida State University with honors and was an Ausley Scholarship recipient. His undergraduate degree was earned at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a John Motley Morehead Scholar.
