 Phillip
S. Kinney
is a litigation
associate and concentrates his practice in the area of General
Civil Litigation.
Mr. Kinney graduated
from the University of North Florida in 1999 and received his Juris
Doctorate from the University of Florida, College of Law in 2003.
While at the University of Florida, Mr. Kinney was an advocate on
the Trial Team. Before attending law school, Mr. Kinney served in
the U.S. Navy as a cryptologist, completing three major deployments
aboard a Spruance Class destroyer.

Member, The Florida Bar Authorized to practice before United States District Court, Middle District of Florida Member, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
