Panton Patrick Pou is a trial attorney with a focus on construction law, commercial litigation and general civil litigation. Mr. Pou primarily represents clients in matters involving construction defects, design defects, contract disputes, construction liens, professional negligence, insurance coverage disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, condominium association issues, and general civil litigation. Mr. Pou provides construction related legal services to owners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers. He is also experienced in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, premises liability and product liability matters. He has prosecuted and defended numerous civil cases through jury and non-jury trials. Mr. Pou enjoys the art of advocacy and is committed to providing clients with effective and efficient legal service.

Mr. Pou earned his law degree in 1997 from Emory University School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in 1994 from Florida State University.
